State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

The Southwest Clean Air Agency (SWCAA) is a government agency that has authority under RCW 43.21C.120 to be a lead agency for review of project and non- project activities for environmental impacts under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The state rules are contained in WAC 197-11. SWCAA has adpoted it's own SEPA Procedures that are embodied in SWCAA 802 - SEPA Procedures. These updated procedures were effective on November 8, 2013.

SEPAs are listed in Facility name order. Pending SEPA actions are displayed by clicking the View button above. Click the Hide button to hide pending SEPAs.

Completed Actions

SEPA actions are listed in SEPA Final Determination Date order unless otherwise selected above. SEPA actions taken by SWCAA within the last 90 days are displayed by clicking the View button above. Should you desire to view other final action dates, please enter dates into the From and Through date boxes above. Please enter 4-digit years (mm/dd/yyyy). Optionally select a desired Facility or Sort By order button. Click the Submit button to show your Custom list. Click the Hide button to hide completed SEPA actions.

Non-Permit Actions

SEPA actions are listed in Facility name order. SEPA non-permit actions taken by SWCAA within the last 90 days are displayed by clicking the View button above. Should you desire to view other final action dates, please enter dates into the From and Through date boxes above. Please enter 4-digit years (mm/dd/yyyy).
