Small Unit Notifications Forms and Documents
- Small Unit Notification (SUN) Application: An air discharge permit application for criteria and/or toxic air pollutants
pursuant to SWCAA 400-109 is not required for an emission unit that falls within one of the affected source
categories, provided the owner or operator submits proper notification to the Agency and maintains
compliance with the monitoring, recordkeeping, testing, and reporting requirements specified for the
applicable source category. These categories include coffee roasters, small gas fired boilers/heaters,
emergency generators, petroleum dry cleaners and rock crushers. Call a SWCAA engineer at 360-574-3058
