Complaints filed during business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be responded to as soon as possible. After-hour complaints will be followed up on the next business day. A SWCAA representative will contact you during normal business hours to discuss the problem and potential ways to resolve it. Please provide us with as much information as possible and ways we can reach you for follow up.
