This page provides a means to submit an original application to SWCAA for a demolition project. The project may or may not include asbestos removal. This online service allows you to enter your demolition information, pay the fee using our Point and Pay card processing service, and enter the application into our database for review by our staff. A signed demolition notice will be emailed once our staff has approved your application. Non-Emergency notices must be submitted 10 calendar days prior to the Demolition Start Date. Asbestos removal must be completed before the Demolition Start Date.
