There is also a presumed Asbestos Cement board or Drywall Soffit below Press box that shall be removed. Containment construction is not feasible, material shall be removed as "intact". If Gypsum product, shall be scorecut using razor knife, with HEPA vacuum at cut location and gently removed from boom lift. drops placed below and within boom lift for dust capture. Shall be heavily wetted (Soaked Through) during removal as moisture is not a concern. Work to restart around 6/18/25 & take around 5-6 days to complete. | |
